Navaic Ltd is an AI marketing and automation studio based in London, UK. References to "Navaic", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Navaic Ltd.

What data we collect and why

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your company name
The message you submit

Legal basis: Legitimate interest — to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help you. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

AI demo inputs

When you use the live AI demo on our website, the text you enter is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We do not store your demo inputs ourselves; they are processed in real time and discarded.

Legal basis: Consent — you actively choose to run the demo and submit input.

Third-party processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services:

Formspree, Inc. — processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Anthropic, Inc. — processes AI demo inputs via their API. Their privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Vercel, Inc. — hosts this website and may log standard server access data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data retention

Contact enquiries: kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until the matter is resolved, whichever is sooner.
AI demo inputs: not retained by Navaic. See Anthropic's data retention policy for how inputs to their API are handled.
Server logs: retained by Vercel in accordance with their standard policy (typically 30 days).

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectification of inaccurate data
Erasure ("right to be forgotten") where there is no overriding legitimate reason to retain it
Portability of your data in a machine-readable format
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@navaic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you believe we are handling your data unlawfully.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. Vercel may set a functional cookie for performance purposes; this does not identify you personally.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
